Dr. Diana Pelletier
Dr. Pelletier is originally from Maine, but has been living in Tennessee since she graduated from the University of Tennessee. After graduation she began practicing at GAH. In 2004, she became co-owner of the practice. Dr. Pelletier shares her home with her husband, Steve, two children, 4 dogs, and 2 cats—there is never a dull moment! When she is not working, Dr. Pelletier enjoys spending time with her children.
Dr. Todd Gross
Dr. Gross was born and raised in Tennessee. After he graduated from the University of Tennessee, he worked for a mixed animal practice in Dyersburg for about five years. He decided that he wanted to practice small animal medicine exclusively, and joined GAH. In 2004 he became co-owner of GAH.

Practice Manager – Adrienne White
Adrienne has been at Goodlettsville Animal Hospital since 1998. She started off as a veterinary technician and has loved every minute of it. Helping and being around animals is what she has wanted to do all of her life. Spending time with her family makes her happiest. Her dog, Odie, is kind of like the GAH mascot. She also has 3 cats.
Groomer – Paulette Resha
Paulette groomed her very first animal when she was just 8 years old. A neighborhood stray was in need of TLC and knew just who to go to. Paulette knows in her heart that helping cats and dogs is what she was born to do. She has been grooming at Goodlettsville Animal Hospital since 1983. When she isn’t grooming, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her 2 dogs and 2 cats.
