Dr. Diana Pelletier

Veterinarian
Dr. Pelletier is originally from Maine but has lived in Tennessee since she graduated from the University of Tennessee. After graduation, she began practicing at GAH. In 2004, she became co-owner of the practice.

Dr. Pelletier shares her home with her husband, Steve, two children, four dogs, and two cats—there is never a dull moment! When she is not working, Dr. Pelletier enjoys spending time with her children.

Dr. Todd Gross

Veterinarian
Dr. Todd Gross was born and raised on Signal Mountain in East Tennessee, where he developed a deep appreciation for animals and the outdoors. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Middle Tennessee State University before going on to receive his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from University of Tennessee.

Following graduation, Dr. Gross practiced at a mixed animal clinic in Dyersburg, Tennessee, where he gained valuable experience treating both large and small animals. In 1997, he joined Goodlettsville Animal Hospital and has proudly served the community ever since. In 2004, he became co-owner of the practice, continuing his commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Gross enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his dog, Cody. His dedication to both his patients and their families reflects his lifelong passion for animal health and well-being.

Dr. Amanda Porter

Dr. Amanda Porter

Veterinarian
Amanda Porter, DVM has been practicing veterinary medicine in Tennessee for many years and became a member of the team at Goodlettsville Animal Hospital in 2016. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999 and has been dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate veterinary care ever since.

With more than two decades of experience in small animal medicine, Dr. Porter has a strong interest in preventive care and internal medicine. She is especially passionate about providing medical care for animals in need and, when she is not at Goodlettsville Animal Hospital, she assists local shelters with spay and neuter services to help reduce pet overpopulation and improve community animal health.

Dr. Porter believes in building lasting relationships with clients through trust, education, and thoughtful communication, ensuring each pet receives personalized, evidence-based care at every stage of life. She is proud to serve the Goodlettsville community and support the health and wellbeing of its pets.

In her free time, Dr. Porter is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time riding her horses. She has three French Bulldogs she has adopted through the shelters she works at and has a special love for the breed.

Dr. Haley Geissler

Veterinarian
Dr. Geissler earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Oklahoma State University in 2019 while competing in cross country and track. She gained hands-on experience as a veterinary assistant at Goodlettsville Animal Hospital before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2024. Throughout school, she returned to GAH whenever possible, making it the perfect place to begin her veterinary career. She values the hospital’s welcoming culture and looks forward to building lasting relationships with clients while providing top-quality care for their pets.

Paulette Resha

Groomer
Paulette groomed her very first animal when she was just 8 years old. A neighborhood stray was in need of TLC and knew just who to go to. Paulette knows in her heart that helping cats and dogs is what she was born to do. She has been grooming at Goodlettsville Animal Hospital since 1983.

When she isn’t grooming, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her two dogs and two cats.
